Could you tell me the approximate height/size of the three trees (small, medium, large) and whether the lilacs should be lightly shaped or heavily reduced? Is there gate access to the backyard and any stairs or tight areas we should know about? Photos sent by text are very helpful if that’s easy for you. Hi Gail, Thanks for sending that over, the photos and details help. For pruning 1 large tree, 2 small trees, and shaping and cleaning up the lilacs, the estimated range would be $720 to $1,200, including cleanup and disposal. That range assumes it can be handled by a 2-person ground crew and that the large tree does not require aerial equipment. The sloped side yard is noted, but with gate access it still sounds workable. If you would like to move ahead, just reply back and we can pass it along for booking. If you'd prefer, we can also arrange a quick site visit to firm up the price before scheduling. Hi Gail, Yes, for just pruning the large tree, the estimated range would be $480 to $840, including cleanup and disposal. That assumes it can be handled safely from the ground and that a bucket truck is not needed. If you already know you would like to move ahead with just the large tree, reply back and I can pass it along to the owner for booking.
