Can you tell me the approximate height of the cherry or the trunk diameter near chest height? A rough size helps a lot. Is the tree in the backyard behind a gate or down a side yard and are there any stairs or tight turns for equipment? Also let me know if there are any large limbs near the house or fence. What kind of pruning do you want done: light shaping and deadwood removal, thinning, or a more significant crown reduction? That changes the time and risk. If you can, please attach 2 or 3 photos showing the whole tree from a distance and one from the base facing the trunk. We can also do a quick site visit if you prefer; you do not need to be home and we can schedule it at a time that works for you.
