Approximately 18 ft pine, ~30+ years old, shedding needles; located at townhome. Customer requests full removal and cleanup. Preferred contact by email.
Hi Sia, Thanks for reaching out about removing the 18 ft pine at 322 Brae Glen Road SW. Based on the details you provided I can give a ballpark quote of $500 to $900. The lower end (around $500) assumes easy ground access, no overhead wires, and that the tree can be safely taken down by a small crew in roughly 1–2 hours with standard cleanup included. The higher end (up to $900) applies if access is tight, the tree sits close to the townhome or fences, there are overhead lines, or extra crew/time and protective rigging are required. Because it is on a townhome lot and may be close to structures, I recommend a quick site visit to confirm access and risk. We can do the site visit without you needing to be home and schedule it quickly and flexibly. Please reply with a few times that work for a short visit and let me know if email is still the best way to contact you. Also include any photos if you have them. Thanks, and feel free to give us a shout if you have any questions, Max, Calgary Tree Care & Arborist Service (587) 329-7161
Hello Max, Thanks so much for your quick response. The tree does not sit close to townhouse but stands beside a fence. There are no overhead lines and should be a pretty simple removal. I will request permission from condo board for your vehicle to access around the back of complex in order to easily remove the tree debris. Please see attached pictures thank you so much. Hi Sia, Thank you, that is very helpful. Based on the added details and the photos, this looks like a fairly straightforward removal. Since the tree is not close to the townhouse, there are no overhead lines, and access may be available around the back, I can tighten the estimate to $500 to $700 including cleanup and disposal. That range assumes standard ground crew removal and easy debris handling. If the condo board approves vehicle access around the back, that should help keep the job on the lower end of the range. Stump grinding would be separate if you would like that included as well. If you would like to move ahead, just reply to let us know and we can get things started. If you want to wait until you have condo board access approval first, that works too. Best, Max Calgary Tree Care & Arborist Service (587) 329-7161

Hi Sia, Thanks for letting me know, and no problem at all. I have passed your note along to the owner that you are flexible on dates and times for a quick site visit. They will contact you directly to coordinate scheduling. Based on the details and photos you sent, the current estimate remains in the $500 to $700 range including cleanup and disposal, assuming the access is as expected. If you end up wanting stump grinding as well, we can quote that separately. Best, Max Calgary Tree Care & Arborist Service (587) 329-7161
