The lower end assumes straightforward terrace access, easy carry-out via elevator or short stairs, and no unusual building restrictions. The higher end reflects limited access, tight maneuvering near walls or railings, extra time for careful work, and any required additional disposal or building requirements. Could you confirm whether you also want the juniper stump ground after removal, and tell me if access is via elevator or stairs and what floor/terrace level it is on?
