If you are a tenant submitting a maintenance request, we may require a bit more information if you haven't offered it already: * Your address with unit number * Best contact name and phone number * Description of your issue with as much detail as possible * A photo can be very helpful * Appliance concerns: must include the brand name, model number and serial number (typically located on a sticker inside the appliance). * For washer/dryers that are serviced by Coinomatic, please contact them directly at 1-800-561-1972 and provide them with the 6 digit Machine ID code, found on the machine. Response Time: 1. If this is an emergency: call 403-258-2424 for an immediate response (this email is not monitored afterhours). 2. For non-emergency yet urgent requests: these are dispatched to the appropriate third party vendor on the same day in which we receive it. Our vendors know to respond to urgent calls as promptly as possible. Please be patient and wait to be contacted by the vendor. If we need to reach out to you regarding this we will, otherwise, you can be assured we're on it! 3. For non-urgent requests: If you don't hear from us within 1-2 business days, that means we have dispatched the appropriate third party vendor to handle your concern. The vendor will contact you directly (on the phone number you provided) to schedule a time of entry for the repair. Please note: if you don't receive a call from the vendor within five business days, please let us know so that we can follow-up with them. Tenant Chargeback: Please keep in mind, as per your lease agreement, tenants are responsible for tripped breakers, clogged toilets/drains and stove elements/fuses. Additionally, it will be a cost incurred by the tenant, on trips made where the technician cannot replicate the issue, or if the tenant does not permit the vendor access to the home after scheduling and/or provide the vendor with sufficient notice of the cancellation, where a cancellation fee is incurred as a result.
