Hi Dave, Thanks for sending that over, and for the photos. I have noted that there are 2 trees overhanging into the backyard, and that there are no power lines or nearby structures. I have also passed along your request for a site visit at 201 Woodford Close SW. The owner will contact you directly to coordinate a time to drop by.
