Hi Max, Thanks for the reply. Pics attached. Birch Tree - approximately 20 ft high (Birch 1). A couple of dead branches on the top (Birch 3) plus overhang over the neighbor's yard (Birch 2 and 4). Spruce - 25-30 ft high. 3 pictures attached. I'm hoping that the spruce can be saved. There aren't any obstructions for either tree. For the spruce, I would want to see it in person before giving you anything firm on the browning. If it can be saved, we will absolutely point you in that direction, but I do not want to overpromise without seeing it on site.
