The lower end assumes easy access, minimal deadwood and no work near power lines, while the higher end covers work close to the house, significant deadwood, or tight access that requires extra care and time. I can do a quick site visit to confirm exact height, access and give a firm quote; you do not need to be home and we can schedule quickly by email as you prefer. Could you confirm whether any overhead power lines are near the tree and whether any limbs are touching the house? Also let me know your preferred timing.
