The lower end assumes good vehicle access, a single tree with straightforward rigging, no crane required, minimal protection work around the house and a single stump grind of average difficulty. The higher end reflects limited or tight access, complex rigging or crane work, significant structural protection, multiple or difficult stumps, and additional cleanup or permit requirements. Because this is high risk work near structures we recommend a quick site visit to confirm access, exact tree dimensions, obstacles and any overhead or underground utilities.
